Terms of service
The terms you agree to when you use this site or book work with Wrap Gods. Last updated August 2026.
Using this site
Content on this website is provided for information about our services. Descriptions, images and examples of previous work illustrate what we do; they are not a promise of an identical result on a different vehicle. Nothing here forms a contract until we have given you a written quote and you have accepted it.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the information you give us. If the vehicle differs from the description when it arrives, for example it carries previous film we were not told about, has aftermarket bodywork, or has paint in a condition that changes the work required, we will tell you before continuing and the price may change.
A quote is valid for the period stated on it. Material costs move, and an old quote may no longer be achievable.
Appointments and deposits
Where a deposit is taken, it reserves your slot and covers material ordered specifically for your job. Custom printed graphics and cut film cannot be resold, so a deposit on that work is not refundable once printing or cutting has begun.
Give us reasonable notice if you need to move an appointment. Repeated missed appointments without notice may mean we ask for payment up front in future.
Condition of your vehicle
Film is applied to what is already there. Where existing paint is failing, previously resprayed, chipped, or lifting at the clear coat, applying or removing vinyl can disturb it. We inspect before starting and will point out anything we can see, but we cannot detect every hidden defect, and we are not responsible for damage arising from paint that was already compromised.
The same applies to removal of somebody else's work. Old film, aggressive adhesive and previous poor installation can leave marks we cannot control.
Please remove personal belongings before you leave a vehicle with us. We are not liable for items left inside it.
Warranty
We warrant our workmanship. Film products carry their own manufacturer warranty, and the terms of that depend on which product you choose; we will tell you what applies to your job in writing.
Warranty does not cover damage from accidents, vandalism, pressure washing, automatic brush car washes, solvent cleaners, abrasive polishing, or failure to follow the aftercare instructions we give you at handover. It also does not cover normal ageing of film exposed to the Arizona sun over time.
Aftercare
Fresh work needs time. Keep newly tinted windows closed and newly wrapped panels dry for the period we tell you at collection. Damage caused by using the vehicle too soon after collection is not a warranty matter.
Training courses
Class places are limited and are confirmed on payment. Our courses teach practical skills and provide documentation of attendance; they do not constitute a licence, a state certification, or a guarantee of employment. Students must follow instructions on the shop floor, including regarding heat guns, blades and solvents, and we may remove anyone whose conduct puts other people at risk.
Legal compliance
Window film is regulated in Arizona and the limits differ per window position. We install to those limits. If you ask for a specification outside them, we will decline. You are responsible for any tint or graphics on a vehicle you subsequently take to another state with different rules.
Liability
Our liability in connection with any job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost income while a vehicle is with us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Maricopa County.
